Tiffany Burris

Tiffany has become an esteemed broker, highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field. She grew up in Portland, lived in Corpus Christi and now resides on Padre Island. Tiffany maintains solid industry connections through involvement in the local community on both a professional and personal level.
She has held several leadership roles with the San Patricio Association of Realtors and will serve as President this year. Her dream of opening her own real estate brokerage became a reality in 2022. Tiffany leads by example, thrives on real estate and continues to be a top producing agent each year. She believes that honesty and integrity are central to success. Tiffany enjoys beach cruises and boating with her husband Trevor, her daughter Trynity and dogs Dowdy and Sadie.
Jann Kullman

Jann has been in real estate in the Coastal Bend for over 15 years. Her sales experience has made her an excellent communicator and problem solver. She has lived in the area for more than 20 years and understands the local market very well.
She enjoys all aspects of real estate from helping sellers get the best deal, buyers finding dream homes and of course, establishing friendships with clients. Jann is active in the local real estate association and serves on the Community Service Committee. Kerry Simmons

Kerry is a lifelong resident of the beautiful Coastal Bend. She graduated from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. After working in the accounting industry for nearly 10 years, she earned a real estate license. With the combination of accounting skills and a passion for helping others, Kerry will be an asset to her clients.
Born to a family of local farmers, she has extensive knowledge in that area which makes her the ideal real estate professional to help with land sales. When she is not working with clients, you can find her spending time with her husband and two sons. She enjoys live music, relaxing on the Frio in Concan and watching sports. Kerry is excited to build lasting relationships with her fellow sales agents and clients.
Kim Miller

Kim Miller grew up in Portland and raised her family here. Her background has given her thorough knowledge of the area and excellent people skills along the way. She is passionate about helping people find a house and turn it into a home. She has been a realtor for 8 years and continues to grow her knowledge with continuing education in Real Estate and Interior Design. Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Stephanie is excited to share her knowledge of the area with others who plan to make the Coastal Bend their home. She has worked in multifamily housing property management and apartment leasing since 2011 and joined the real estate side in 2018 as a broker assistant. She obtained her real estate license in 2021. In an ever-changing industry, Stephanie believes in standing out as an agent through her loyalty and genuine consideration for her clients needs, guiding them seamlessly through the buying and selling process. Janna Delgado

Janna was born and raised in the Coastal Bend and uses her extensive knowledge of the area to benefit her clients. She has over ten years of customer service experience which is why her clients feel well-taken care of. Her goal is to provide a stress-free, enjoyable experience for buyers and sellers.
When she isn’t showing homes, Janna can be found at school functions and sporting events with her three children. She enjoys being active in the local Realtors Association and volunteering in the community.
Cathy Cruz

Since obtaining her real estate license in 2005, Cathy Cruz has gained vast experience in helping clients buy and sell real estate throughout the entire Coastal Bend area. She was born and raised in Corpus Christi and has been a San Patricio County resident for the past 16 years. Cathy has witnessed the growth that our area has seen on both sides of the bridge over the years and understands what that means for buyers and sellers in an ever changing market. With an additional background in legal studies, risk management, marketing and, insurance sales, Cathy applies those skills to ensure that each of her clients’ best interests are met when working for them. She prides herself in nurturing a client relationship built on honesty and integrity.
Cathy has been a Board of Director for the San Patricio County Association of Realtors for the past three years and hold its Vice President seat for 2023. She is also its Community Service Committee Chairperson.
Cathy holds recognition as San Patricio County Association of Realtors’ Sales Agent of the Year in 2020 and received their Servant’s Heart Award in 2021. She has also been a Caller Times Best of the Best and Best of San Patricio -Real Estate Agent finalist for the past two years in a row and has been featured on the cover of Corpus Christi Real Producers Magazine’s September 2021 cover.
Cathy is deeply rooted in her Faith and her Family. When she is not selling real estate, she finds joy in helping to meet the needs of her community by volunteering at church and with several local outreach programs and organizations and spending time on her ranch with her husband, her daughter and their rescue dogs.

She has a passion for people and 25 years of customer service experience, Robin has used her vast knowledge of the area to help her clients find the home that fits them best. With a goal to make all clients feel like family, she is ready to find your dream home.
When she’s not closing deals, Robin can be found cheering for her grandchildren at their sporting events or walking her goldendoodle, Annie, with her husband Bruce.

After working in customer service, Maire realized her passion for assisting people and channeled that into helping clients find their dream home! As a Corpus Christi native, she has firsthand knowledge and experience with the area making her a phenomenal choice for homebuyers. Maire is a firm believer that investment in knowledge pays the best interest.
She takes any opportunity to further her education in real estate. Her designations include the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD). When she’s not assisting clients, Maire enjoys relaxing at the beach and visiting local businesses across the Coastal Bend. Maire prioritizes giving back to the community and especially to her alma mater, Calallen ISD.
